tl1971 Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Eligibility

To register a tl1971 account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting in your personal capacity; (c) not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform; and (d) not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of tl1971 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to register. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.2 — Registration Process

You must complete the registration form accurately, providing your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. tl1971 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
• A selfie or video verification where identity cannot be confirmed by document alone

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

1.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tl1971 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1.4 — Account Closure by the Player

Any verified remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification checks. Accounts under active investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

tl1971 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

2.2 — Deposit Limits and Processing

2.4 — Currency

All transactions on the tl1971 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a game or betting product displays odds or values in another currency, conversion to BDT is applied at the prevailing rate at the time the bet is settled. tl1971 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for currency conversion losses.

3.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tl1971 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for the matter in question.

3.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports bets), and expiry period are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are advised to read promotion terms carefully before opting in. Bonus balances that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited without compensation.

3.3 — Abuse and Fraudulent Bonus Claims

Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance, including any deposited funds mixed with improperly claimed bonus funds.

3.4 — Promotional Changes

4.2 — Sports Betting Rules

4.3 — Technical Malfunctions

Where a malfunction causes a game round to be incomplete, the round will be voided and any bet stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. "Malfunction voids all pays" — no payout will be made in respect of a game round affected by a confirmed technical error regardless of the displayed outcome.

4.4 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tl1971 Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or with Platform employees
• Placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information (insider information)
• Match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime

5.1 — Player Protection Tools

5.2 — Self-Exclusion
